This Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions agreed between CYF and the Customer. It identifies the applicable CYF contracting entity, governing law, and courts for the Customer's Agreement, and maps the applicable data protection legislation to each entity. It is updated independently of the main Terms and Conditions body.

1 Jurisdiction Trigger Rules
1.1 The applicable CYF contracting entity, governing law, and courts are determined by the Customer's billing address at the point of signup, as set out in the Entity and Jurisdiction Table in Section 2 below.
1.2 Where the Customer's billing address and place of incorporation conflict, the Customer's place of incorporation governs for the purpose of determining the applicable row.
1.3 Where the Customer's billing address is ambiguous, not provided, or does not correspond to any specific row in the table, the UK row applies as the default.
1.4 References throughout the Terms and Conditions to "CYF" in its capacity as contracting party are read as references to the applicable CYF entity identified in Section 2 of this Schedule.
1.5 For B2C customers (consumers), the mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer's habitual residence apply to the extent required by applicable law and may override the governing law specified in Section 2.

3 Applicable Data Protection Law
This table maps each entity row to the specific data protection legislation that constitutes "Applicable Data Protection Law" for that entity's customers, as referenced in the Terms and Conditions.

4 Changes to This Schedule
Changes to this Schedule are governed by Clause 21.10 of the Terms and Conditions and the following protocol:
