Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the contractual agreement between Compare Your Footprint Ltd (CYF) and the Customer for the provision and use of CYF's subscription and professional services. They define licence rights, acceptable use, intellectual property ownership, data protection and processing obligations, payment terms, warranties, liability limits, termination rights, confidentiality, and mutual indemnities, and confirm that the Agreement is governed by the laws of Scotland with exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
